Sir Ndukwe Michael Osogho-Ajala

Sir Ndukwe Michael Osogho-Ajala is a consummate industrialist and businessman. He is married and has four children. He is a graduate of Federal University of Technology, Owerri and Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School. He is a former member of the Governing Council of Federal University of Technology, Owerri and is presently a member of the Governing Council of the Wesley University Ondo.

Sir Ndukwe Osogho- Ajala has vast experience as an entrepreneur and is presently on the boards of several companies. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Soulmate Industries Limited, makers of the popular Soulmate range of hair products.He is a member of some notable professional Associations. He is a member of Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), Nigerian-German Business Association, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Chemists of Nigeria (FICCON), Chemical Society of Nigeria ( FCSN), and Institute of Credit Administration (FICA).

For his philanthropy and general contribution to the development of humanity, he was on the 20th of December,2005, conferred with the national honor of Officer of the Order of the Niger, (OON), by His Excellency, President Olusegun Obasanjo. He is a recipient of the celebrated Award of Enterprise Development Service (EDS) of the Lagos Business School ( PanAntlantic University) and the Distinguished Alumnus (FUTO) Award for Outstanding Performance in Industry.

Sir Ndukwe Osogho-Ajala is a devout Christian. He is a Knight of John Wesley (KJW). As a man with an unquestionable integrity, he believes that you can be fair and still be successful in business.

Dr(Mrs) Clementinah Olaide Owokade (PhD)

Dr (Mrs.) C. Owokade was born in Awa, Ijebu, Ogun state. In 1986 she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Ed) in Language Arts from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She followed this up with a Master’s Degree (M.Ed) in Curriculum Studies / Teaching English as a second language from the University of Lagos in 1987. In 1993, she bagged a Ph.D in Curriculum Studies / Teaching English as a second Language from the University of Lagos. Armed with exceptional mental strength, character and academic qualifications, she joined the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) as an international staff and rose through the ranks to become the Head of Research Division and Headquarters office, Lagos. She retired in 2008. She has taught at all levels of education, and is presently the proprietress of Clemmy Schools, Egbe, Lagos (Nursery, Primary and Secondary.) The school is renowned for character moulding and academic excellence. Dr (Mrs.) Owokade has presented several thought-provoking lectures on contemporary issues at several fora both locally and abroad. She is deeply involved in community development especially in the area of human development and devotion, and is looked up to as a role model by several women due to her twin – virtues of prudence and humility.

Mr Pat Azurunwa (JP)

Mr Pat Azurunwa’s insurance journey began during the 1990/91 NYSC year at Foresight Insurance Brokers. He went on to spend an extra five years within which period he rose to the managerial cadre before joining UTIB Insurance Brokers, first as Co-ordinator, then rose to GM/COO, and later became the MD/CEO, a position he held until 2016 when he established Trademark Insurance Brokers as Founder/CEO.

He has held other executive and non-executive positions including being the pioneer COO at Capital Express General Ins. Ltd (2004 to 2006), Director, Consolidated Hallmark Ins. PLC (2007 to 2013); Director, Goldlink Ins. PLC (2020 to date) and Chairman, Trademark Oil And Gas Ltd (2021 to date.) He has been involved in several local and international merger and acquisition deals and recruitments and is reputed to have lost not a single insurance claim in his career.
Mr Azurunwa is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and a Fellow of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers. He is an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (United Kingdom) and holds a Master’s degree in Insurance & Risk Mgt from Enugu State University of Science & Technology (ESUT.) He is a Columnist with the Risk Shield Magazine and has done some considerable academic work in Politics & International Relations at the London School of Economics (University of London.)
A very strong football enthusiast, his union with his wife, Faith, has been blessed with children.
